Benefits of Yoga

Yoga and dancing has helped me with muscle aches, stiffness of the joints and issues with flexibility. I have PCOS and Endometriosis; not to mention I tore my scacita back in 2021 and yoga has been my helper to lessen the pressure I would feel on my lower back. Refusing to use pain meds to cure me, I have used Nature and Yoga to help alleviate long term damage to this vessel. I am offering yoga for prenatal and postnatal mommies and of course the youth to help assist in breathwork and body-mind connection.
